In order to read the message, the receiver needs to reply to this notification SMS with 'Y'. To ignore/reject your request, the receiver can ignore this notification message. Price Sender is charged Rs. 0.01 (inclusive of tax) Receiver is charged Rs. 1.00 if he chooses to accept the message.
